Program reservation method

1. Please select the desired program and date, then make a reservation for the number of participants.

※ All program courses are available to walk-in customers on-site, subject to availability.

2. Once payment is completed and the reservation is approved, a confirmation will be sent via email and KakaoTalk notifications.

3. For communication purposes, please make sure to write a contact number or email during the reservation!

4. On the day of the experience program, please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time at the Shilla Duty Free B1 Floor popup space.

5. For group reservations (2 or more people), please make sure to fill in the names of all participants in the name field.

Refunds are not available for dates missed after the program has started.
